2007 Sauvignon Blanc, Grace

Brimming with fresh, crisp citrus and bright melon flavors, our very first Sauvignon Blanc is luminous, glittering, elegant and charming — the epitome of grace in a bottle. As such, we’ve named it Grace.

This beautiful wine reminds us of the magnificent sunrises on Duncan Peak. There is a burst of flavor at the very beginning — reminiscent of the first glint of sunlight from across the valley. This gives way to warm floral tones on the palate, spreading just like sunshine as it makes its way through the trees. The wine finishes with a vibrant glow, much as it feels to bask in the first full light of day, as the earth slowly awakens from its slumber.

We selected Sauvignon Blanc grapes from a favorite vineyard near our winery in Hopland. The grapes were grown to our exacting standards, resulting in a wine that is subtle, yet complex — absolutely delicious and a perfect pairing partner with a wide variety of foods.
