At Topel Winery, the art of making wine begins within 15 minutes after the grapes are harvested, with a “field crush” right in the vineyard. The grapes are then transported immediately to the winery to begin their transformation into wine.
Topel Winery uses the highest quality fruit from our estate vineyards and from selected sites that grow grapes to our stringent standards, for making our different varietals:
Our flagship wine, with deeply concentrated fruit flavors and substantial acidity.
French for “marriage,” Le Mariage is made in special years, when the grape yield is of highest quality.
Our double gold award-winning Syrah, made from grapes grown in Monterey County and blended with Syrah from our estate vineyard.
Our highly acclaimed Pinot Noir is crafted in the style of Burgundy from grapes grown in Monterey County.

A unique blend that changes each vintage, showcasing top quality red varieties – proving the theory that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Chock-a-block with cherry fruit flavors, our Napa Gamay is frisky, floral and a study in finesse. It’s perfect for informal occasions, picnics and days at the beach.
Luminous, glittering, elegant and charming – the epitome of grace in a bottle.
“Wine is alive. And each vintage is like a new child. Similar to its siblings, yet expressing its own unique personality, which we gently craft to allow its fullest evolution.”
