2008 White Table Wine, Birdsong
A bright blend of Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, this elegant wine is a fitting tribute to a magnificent woman, Birdsong Rank, a stunningly beautiful, full-blooded Cherokee princess, who was Donnis’ great-great grandmother.

2007 Sauvignon Blanc, Grace
Brimming with fresh, crisp citrus and bright melon flavors, our very first Sauvignon Blanc is luminous, glittering, elegant and charming — the epitome of grace in a bottle. As such, we’ve named it Grace.

2008 Chardonnay Reserve, Classique
An artfully balanced Chardonnay, styled after the classic Montrachet wines from Burgundy. Full bodied, with fine overtones of oak, it has a slightly creamy mouthfeel and a long, smooth finish. Blonde, beautiful and elegant — reminiscent of Lauren Bacall.

2005 Red Wine, Mark's Blend
“Mark’s Blend“ is a very special wine that evolved from an experiment Mark found time to tinker with just before the harvest of 2006. It is a wonderful combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petite Sirah grown in our Estate vineyards, along with Sangiovese.

2007 Napa Gamay
Chock-a-block with cherry fruit flavors, our very first Napa Gamay is frisky, floral and a study in finesse. It’s perfect for informal occasions, picnics and days at the beach, and is best served slightly chilled.

2005 Syrah, Cuvée Donnis
Imbued with inky tones — a signature of a perfect Syrah — this beautiful wine is an opulent celebration of the 2005 vintage. The bouquet explodes with dark cherry fruit, which gives way to a slight hint of white pepper on the palate.

2005 Meritage, Le Mariage
The 2005 harvest in the Topel Estate vineyards yielded an abundance of Cabernet Sauvignon and excellent crops of Petit Verdot, Merlot and Cabernet Franc — classic grape varieties that compose a perfect Meritage

2006 Pinot Noir Reserve
We were so excited about the quality of our 2006 Pinot Noir harvest that we decided to handpick “the best of the best” among the grapes and set them aside for a very special wine — our first Pinot Noir Reserve.

2007 Pinot Noir Reserve
Like its predecessor, our 2007 Topel Pinot Noir Reserve is the best of the best, crafted from the finest Pinot Noir fruit from the vintage. The nose is bright and floral with nuances of lilac and rose petals. The mouthfeel is full and balanced, with a long, silky finish.

We frequently say that each vintage of a wine is like a new child — similar to its siblings, yet expressing its own unique personality. Amazingly, when comparing our 2007 Pinot Noir to its 2006 sister, we’ve almost come up with an identical twin.

1999 Cabernet Sauvignon, Hidden Vineyard
This wine is a deep purple garnet hue, reflecting the small size of the Cabernet berries and the inky color of the Petit Verdot blending grapes. It is rich and sensual, with a silky mouthfeel.

1998 Cabernet Sauvignon, Hidden Vineyard
As the wine has aged, the nose has expanded and softened, taking on overtones of plum and cherry. The wine is immediately full in the mouth with a strong beginning and middle to accompany the finish.

2005 Pinot Noir, Serendipity Vineyard
Bright flavors of rich cherries, blackberries and soft rose petals literally dance across the palate and the silky mouthfeel leads to a delightful finish.

Dark, rich and sensual, our 2004 vintage Syrah is a more-than-worthy successor to our 2003 vintage.

2003 Syrah, Cuvée Donnis
Dark and rich — and very fruit-forward — the 2003 Topel Syrah Cuvée Donnis is a robust wine that literally dances across the palate. A portion of the grapes used to make this wine are from the Syrah Noir clone, which gives the wine an unusually deep, inky, black-purple color.

2002 Pinot Noir, Serendipity Vineyard
This wine is a Pinot’s Pinot. Crafted in the style of Burgundy, the wine exhibits delicious fruit, is well balanced and has a tremendous mouthfeel.

2002 Syrah, Cuvée Donnis
Deep ruby in color, the 2002 Topel Syrah is rich and elegant. The wine is very fruit-forward, bursting with flavors of cherry, blueberries and blackberries.

2001 Pinot Noir, Serendipity Vineyard
The wine features a showy bouquet of cherries and strawberries, which enhance bright fruit flavors.
